Due to the expiration of the operating license of the company, which has been providing catering services in the region for 15 years, the KOSBAŞ Industrial Kitchen tender was held in the last quarter of 2020. A total of 13 companies, local and national, submitted bids for the tender. KOSBAŞ Management found the offer of SOFRA Yemek Üretim ve Hizmet A.Ş. suitable and decided to work with Sofra Company. With the coordination of KOSBAŞ, SOFRA Group has turned the KOSBAŞ Industrial kitchen into an exemplary kitchen where the latest technologies are used. As of 01.01.2021, the food service of the region started to be provided by SOFRA Group.
